Group Announcement

With effect from 1st January 2009, Norwest Holst Limited was renamed VINCI Construction UK Limited and TCL Granby became a trading entity of that company.

The change of name is part of a group-wide strategy to bring a more cohesive approach to the Company’s brand identity following the recent acquisition of Taylor Woodrow and the subsequent restructuring.

In order that the full financial strength of VINCI Construction UK is available to clients of all our operations, it is the Company’s objective that all contracts will be entered into in the name of VINCI Construction UK Limited but that each trading entity will retain their individual names and logos.
